Seed and Follow-up Financing. Seed financing is secured by the Chief Scientist Office and by the owners of the incubator. Together with the entrepreneurs we devise a "milestone based" financing strategy that allows for additional capital to be raised at a higher valuation. This process is a critical aspect of any early- stage company roadmap.
State of the Art Laboratory. Our central laboratory is shared by all incubator tenants enabling to conduct the majority of their R&D program within the incubator's facilities. The laboratory is equipped with advanced equipment for tissue culture and molecular biology research.
Premier Legal Services. Our tenants enjoy the services of RAD’s legal department which is highly experienced in the process of establishing startup companies including initial incorporation agreements, investment agreements, agreements with strategic partners and IPOs.
